Train on existing Folder Heirarchy

I have a folder tree with an existing set of folders I have been dragging files into for a long time. it would be great for the system to crawl the existing tree and build a prompt/rules/model of what goes into each folder (by content, filenames, whatever works). then we could have a "smart folder" that I can drop new files into and have it sort into the right spot on the tree.
