Sortio runs on your Mac. It reads what's inside a PDF or photo to figure out the right folder, and that reading happens locally. We never see your kid's birth certificate, your medical bills, or your wedding photos. There's no cloud upload step. There's no "we promise we delete it after." We just don't have it.
If you want to use a cloud AI for the smartest classifications, you can bring your own API key (BYOK). If you prefer total isolation, Sortio works with a local LLM running on your own machine. Either way, the file itself stays on your hard drive.
